The Opportunity
* Step into a genuine Director Designate pathway within a highly respected consultancy
* Lead and manage medium to large-scale structural projects from concept through delivery
* Strong involvement across client management, business relationships, and project profitability
* Work closely with senior leadership on strategic growth and team development

Ideal Background
* Around 8+ years structural consulting experience within Australia
* Strong technical capability across reinforced concrete and steel building structures
* Experience delivering and managing projects within a consulting environment
* ETABS experience highly regarded, along with exposure to software such as RAPT, SpaceGass, RAM Concept, SAFE, or similar
* CPEng highly regarded
* Strong understanding of Australian Standards and BCA requirements
* Ability to manage clients, projects, budgets, and project delivery outcomes
* Motivated by leadership, team development, and long-term career progression toward Director level
