Your tasks
Join Our Team - Let's Create Impact
As our Field Service Technician QLD, you will:
* Executive service orders as received by the central planning team.
* Perform Installation and commissioning of coffee machines.
* Perform operator training on the coffee machine and attachments.
* Prepare coffee recipes and machine programming.
* Perform Planned Maintenance on coffee machines.
* Perform Reactive Maintenance.
* Prepare technical reports (customer service report) for each service order.
* Provide recommendations for product improvement.
* Provide clear feedback to customers on reason for service visit.
* Participates in after-hours on-call roster.
* Supports sales where required on technical topics.
* Participation in training, conferences and trade fairs.
Your profile
We're Looking for someone who:
* Has a genuine interest in mechanical, hydraulic, or electronic systems.
* Is open to traveling for several days at a time
* Has good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
* Is reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to grow
Looking for candidates located in QLD.
