**The position**
- As a supervisor, you will guide and lead the team throughout their shift, with responsibility for staff mentoring, training and morale.
- Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times.
- Lead, mentor and train the food & beverage team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment.
**The Person**
- Have an absolute "can do" attitude.
- You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and are looking to work in a larger operation or a Team Leader ready for their next step.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance and fluent English
- Contribute to the team with strong communication skills, high energy and a goal oriented focus
