Project Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Transmission Lines project team. Reporting directly to a Senior Manager, this role will provide high-level administrative support by coordinating correspondence, preparing reports and handling information requests.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar administration role, with intermediate / advanced Microsoft Office skills. They must be able to collaborate as part of a supportive high-performing team, work independently, organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously and communicate both orally and in writing.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate site communications and ensure timely submission of expense claims
* Manage rosters, including data entry and record checking
* SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, goods receipt, journals and queries
* Collect and collate timesheet information
* Provide site office support, accurate data entry, filing and daily diary management
* Purchase materials, equipment and consumables, coordinate delivery to site
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar administration role
* Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands, meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment
* Ability to communicate effectively
