**Shepparton, Victoria.**
Work with experienced and supportive operational and clinical management teams to maintain and develop an engaged and positive culture within the facility for all residents and employees to thrive in!
As a nurturing and avid leader; you will lead and coordinate the Aged Care facility and the team to accomplish its care, safety, financial and operational objectives by providing a strong and highly experienced support structure.

**The Role**:
- Responsible for conducting the Leadership Team meetings for all clinical, operational and financial initiatives
- Seek and develop innovative and continual improvement plans
- Clinical Care Managers, Operational Managers and the Facility Manager will all report to you
- Lead and develop the communication process across all departments within the facility
- Provide clinical leadership to nursing and care staff that supports and ensures continuing professional development
- Report to the Regional Operations Manager
**Requirements/Skills**
- **Current AHPRA registration**:
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years experience working as a General Manager or Facility manager in Aged Care
- Registered Nursing qualification - is desired
