About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to implement, manage and retire physical, virtual, networking and cloud infrastructure supporting digital services.
* Identify and resolve legacy issues and inefficiencies in systems, configurations, and infrastructure.
* Assist in standardising and optimising device configurations, software deployments, and network setups.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure post-project technical clean-up is completed effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of changes and improvements made to systems.
* Work closely with senior technicians to find solutions to complex issues following project transition.
* Provide technical expertise and advice to senior management.
* Produce and review project/services delivery documentation including Architecture, Designs, 'As built documentation' and Operating Procedures.
* Maintain stakeholder relationship management and communication.
* Support cloud operations and Microsoft Office 365 products.
* Complete a diverse range of technical tasks within a secure environment.
* Provide quality assurance to technical, change and communication activities.
Responsibilities will also include analyzing, reviewing and documenting all or part of a business in terms of business functions and processes.
Requirements
This role requires Windows Server industry certifications or 5+ years experience as a Windows Server Infrastructure Engineer. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Windows operating systems, be familiar with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications.

* Have a strong understanding of Windows operating systems.

* Have experience with hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals).
* Have a basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
* Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Desirable qualifications include experience working on technical debt or post-project remediation, knowledge of ITIL practices and service management tools, scripting capability and exposure to endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM).
The hourly rate for this position is $112 per hour.
