In continually striving to deliver the highest standards of education, the quality of their specialist facilities and campuses is of the utmost importance.Your New RoleYour role as Capital Works Delivery Manager has been created as a reflection of the organisation's true commitment to providing industry leading campuses and facilities across Australia.You will oversee the delivery of capital works across the organisation's sites nationally.
In balancing hands-on project administration with strategic oversight, key aspects of your role will include:Engaging and overseeing third-party contractors and consultants, ensuring deliverables meet time, WHS, cost and quality requirementsMonitor and track project budgets and forecasts at both programme and campus levelCoordinate and review capital works approval documentation, ensuring accuracy and complianceLead procurement processes for capital works contracts, including drafting and issuing tenders, negotiating contract terms and facilitating contract awardDevelop and maintain capital works schedules, programmes and tracking tools.You will be based out of their Sydney Olympic Park office.
