* Database Administration: Manage and maintain the Taleo recruitment database to ensure seamless operation.
* Compliance and Safety: Oversee occupational health and safety practices to guarantee adherence.
* Reporting and Analysis: Compile and submit Divisional/Regional Human Resources reports to track performance.
* Administrative Support: Provide assistance with day-to-day administration of WorkCover claims.
* Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions to reinforce compliance, service standards, and best practices.
