* Job Details* Key Skills* Recruiter Details* Company Details##### Job DescriptionAs a Manager - Wealth and Private Banking Finance, Executive Decision Support at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in shaping value-generating opportunities and driving initiatives to completion for HSBC Australia. Your responsibilities will include:- Responsible for MI reporting and analytics for HSBC Australia, ensuring the delivery of end-to-end deliverables, including Forecasting and Stress Testing processes for the Australia region.- Conduct monthly reporting at business/product/segment level, prepare overall performance packs, analytical review packs, Actuals vs. Forecast analysis, and manage data end-to-end.- Perform Data Integration and Reconciliation between systems to ensure data integrity in Actuals through effective control procedures.- Coordinate with the Country/Region/Financial Planning & Analysis teams on cost drivers and analysis.- Plan and implement changes to Business Frameworks, reporting hierarchies, allocation rules, and mappings to identify value opportunities.Qualifications required for this role include:- Bachelors degree in subjects like mathematics/statistics/economics/commerce; Qualified Accountant, CFA, or Masters degree in Finance.- Strong knowledge of Product and Market, with the ability to analyze, challenge, and interpret financial data (actual/forecast/stress).- Risk Management and Control Mindset with the ability to assess, identify, and mitigate risks within the process, ensuring compliance with Group and Model Risk requirements.- Prior experience in Budgeting, Cost, Stress testing, Forecasting processes, Financial and Management Reporting.- Good conceptual understanding of Wholesale Credit Risk, Basel, and IFRS9 regulatory policies & principles is a plus.- Technical skills in SAS, VBA, SQL, Python, Xceptor, QlikSense will be advantageous.At HSBC, we are committed to providing a workplace that fosters continuous professional development, flexible working, and opportunities to grow within an inclusive and diverse environment.
