**The Role**

The Noosa Boutique Manager will be responsible for leading the store team and visually emulating the brand vision & values. They will provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction and will have the ability to confidently execute all operational activity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive the sales and profitability of your Boutique, ensuring the KPI's set by the brand are achieved.
- Deliver an exceptional and experiential level of customer service.
- Confidently lead, develop, motivate, support and succession your team to succeed.
- Implement in-store training to deliver excellence.
- Visually emulate the brand vision and mission.
- Execute operational excellence with all stock management, VM and back of house procedures.
- Manage inventory and loss prevention for your boutique.
- Ensure the presentation and visual merchandising standards are met in accordance with brand expectations.
- Utilise data and reports for retail & VM operations.
- Ensure shop-floor stock levels are at an optimum level to maximise sales.
- Be creative. Explore new ways to lead your team and store to success.
- 2+ years' experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager (ideally in luxury fashion)
- Be passionate about providing excellent customer service and experiential retail.
- Have excellent organisational and analytical skills.
- Strong business management acumen.
- Be a dynamic and hands-on leader who leads by example.
- A leader who is passionate about motivating and coaching a team to succeed.
- High emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels.
