Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This role is critical in supporting our financial and operational processes, ensuring accuracy in reconciliations, invoicing, and day-to-day administration.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• ?? Financial Administration
• Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform Accounts Payable reconciliations, ensuring supplier invoices and payments are correctly recorded.
• Conduct Accounts Receivable reconciliations, monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue accounts.
• Complete bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

• Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
• Assist with document preparation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Provide general office support including scheduling, correspondence, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth business operations.
