Leading Australian made and owned company - premium lifestyle / homewares products - looking for a Customer Service team member to join the head office team.
- Manage online web enquiries from customers nationally, related to: product details, shipping, stock availability, product recommendations, returns & exchanges, product repairs and change of mind requests
- Process orders, invoicing and freight bookings
- Use: Zendesk, Shopify, Excel and MYOB
- Hours: 8.30 to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday in the office
- worked in a similar head office customer service role

- experienced with Zendesk, Shopify, Excel and MYOB (or similar)
