You will develop practical production skills through structured training, mentoring and real-world technical work during performances, rehearsals, cinema screenings and events.
Core duties may include: Assisting with the maintenance and preparation of technical assets and equipment.
Supporting lighting, sound, projection, rigging and mechanical operations during shows.
Helping deliver outstanding technical support to internal and external clients.
Participating in the setup, pack-down and operation of technical equipment for productions.
Assisting with cinema projection, programming, operation and basic maintenance.
Supporting scenery and set construction, lighting setups and sound activities.
Documenting maintenance work and following safety procedures and venue guidelines.
Contributing to technical problem-solving before and during productions.
Undertaking other reasonable duties to support venue operations.
