Impressions Horticulture – part of the award-winning team at Impressions Landscape – Design is seeking a motivated, reliable, hands-on Horticulturist Team Leader to lead and contribute as part of one of our small garden maintenance teams.
We design and nurture some of Sydney's most beautiful residential gardens, and we're looking for a passionate leader who shares our love for plants, people, and premium outdoor living.
Horticulturist Team Leader
Your Role:
* Lead the garden maintenance services across high-end residential properties
* Schedule, oversee and perform day-to-day tasks as part of a small horticulture team
* Perform hands-on duties: pruning, planting, weeding, pest & disease management
* Liaise with our Horticulture Operations Manager, clients and uphold quality standards on every project
* Train and mentor apprentices and junior staff
* Work closely with the landscaping team on softscaping elements
What We're Looking For:
* Cert III or higher in Horticulture (required)
* At least 3 years of garden maintenance or soft landscaping experience
* Strong plant knowledge and confidence in managing garden requirements
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Driver's licence (required)
* A proactive, "lead-by-example" mindset
