In the role of Project Support Officer, you will utilise a broad range of computer software programs and information management systems and databases to provide support services to project managers and/or team members. This position reports to the Project Manager and has no direct reports.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Data entry and assessment of RADAR submissions and images in line with the department's guidelines.
- Utilise electronic document management systems (EDMS) such as SharePoint, DM and similar platforms.
- Populate basic spreadsheets and statistical reports to provide timely information and updates to the Project Manager and team members.
- Experience using the full suite of Microsoft Office applications.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and team members and other administrative duties as required.
