Job Description:
We seek a seasoned Portfolio Manager to oversee commercial and property assets, provide leadership to the management team, and ensure timely portfolio updates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale commercial portfolios, collaborating with senior management, and developing leasing strategies.
The role involves:
* Collaborating with senior management to provide timely and accurate portfolio information
* Implementing tenant engagement programs and liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding property matters
* Assisting in planning, marketing, and leasing of retail, commercial, and industrial projects
* Reviewing leases and preparing leasing strategies
* Managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on portfolio performance
* Assisting in due diligence and assessing potential acquisitions
* Conducting financial analysis and market studies
* Risk management and lease compliance
Required Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in business or commerce or relevant tertiary qualifications
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of commercial property management skills
* Substantial financial management skills
* Excellent customer relations and liaison skills
* Well-developed interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution
* Research and investigative ability
* Report writing skills in financial and business analysis
* Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
