**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Payroll Processing**:
- Accurately process payroll for multiple companies using Employment Hero, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain payroll records, process payroll changes, and resolve any payroll-related issues.
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with payroll audits as required.
**Wages Budget vs. Actual Reporting**:
- Monitor and report on wages budget vs. actual spending across all departments and venues.
**HR Administrations**:
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process in the HR systems
- Organise and manage employee documentation, ensuring compliance and record-keeping regulations.
- Oversee and maintain leave and TOIL records.
- Support HR compliance, such as maintaining work rights, visa documentation, and other required certifications.
- Assist with employee benefits administration, including managing Perkbox and/or benefits platforms.
- Provide administrative support to the People & Culture Manager in various HR projects and initiatives.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience in payroll processing is essential; familiarity with Employment Hero is a plus.
- HR background is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of the National Employment Standards (NES) and relevant award interpretation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll, financial reporting, and HR tasks.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to respond to payroll and HR inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Experience with Employment Hero and financial reporting tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
