Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide person-centered care and support to clients in their homes.
Your duties may include:
* Providing domestic assistance, such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Offering social support and transportation, including social activities, shopping/groceries, and traveling to medical appointments
* Assisting customers with the use of aids, including standing or walking frames and wheelchairs
* Maintaining regular check-ins with customers and reporting on their progress
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current Australian Federal Police Clearance
* A valid CPR/First Aid Certificate
* An NDIS Workers Screening Check (or a willingness to obtain)
* A current Australian Driver's Licence
* A reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required)
* A smartphone with internet access
