About Our Procurement and Inventory Management Role:
We are seeking a detail-driven professional to strengthen our procurement and inventory management processes. You will oversee local and international supply chains, manage inventory levels, logistics, and supplier relationships.
* Raising purchase orders and reconciling supplier invoices with deliveries
* Managing quality control, forecasting lead times, and accounting for overseas delays
* Auditing inbound goods, duty charges, fees, and freight costings
* Monitoring inventory accuracy and compliance with quality standards
* Negotiating pricing, lead times, and minimising risk with suppliers
* Handling stock issues and ensuring timely resolutions
* Updating product data and managing inventory software systems
Your Requirements: We are looking for someone with 3–5 years of experience in procurement and inventory management in a fast-paced environment. You should have high attention to detail, strong computer skills, and excellent organisational skills.
