About the Role

Daily tasks will involve:
* Processing payments from patients, health funds, and Medicare
* Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate records
* Issuing statements, handling refunds, and managing third-party payments
* Assisting site staff with billing documentation
* Responding to customer account queries with professionalism and care
* Supporting general office duties such as scanning, filing, and mail runs
* Utilizing Radiology Information Systems (RIS) for billing and receipting tasks
About You

Required Skills and Qualifications:
