Role Scope: EUC Deskside Support + Data Centre & Physical Facilities Support
The selected resource(s) will handle all Onsite Support activities per assigned Incident / Service Request under the DSS Dedicated Team. Work will include Smart Hands Support in coordination with Client's DC Remote teams.
Key Responsibilities
Standard Operations
* Follow and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Maintain documents, logbooks, checklists
* Follow customer Change Procedures
* Ensure DC ambience standards (cabling, cleanliness, safety, walkway clearance)
Data Centre Smart Hands Activities
* Reseating cable connections (LAN cabling CAT5/6)
* Backup tape handling (maintenance & rotation)
* DC inventory maintenance and updates
* Routine checks & escalating alerts to Infra Team
* Physical movement & handling of hardware
* Racking, stacking, commissioning, decommissioning, recycling
* Storeroom management
End User Computing Support
* Installation & management of:
* Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Scanners, MFDs, peripherals
* Workstation OS & software installation/configuration
* Printer installation (physical)
* Coordinate part/unit replacement with vendors
* Endpoint-level support for VDI (SOP/KB based)
* Troubleshooting & resolving endpoint incidents
* User communication during disruptions via Client tools
* Windows Firewall configuration as per SOP (escalate to network if needed)
* Basic application support (install/ uninstall/ patches)

Pay: $4,400.00 – $4,500.00 per month
