**Senior OT Design Manager Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior OT Design Manager to lead the design of complex automated control systems for water utility operations. This is a part-time role ideal for senior consultants or engineers with experience influencing outcomes in infrastructure environments.
* Develop and review standard designs and software templates, ensuring they meet technical requirements and industry standards.
* Support process control strategies, including cascade and constraint control, to optimize system performance.
* Advise on plant sequencing, chemical dosing control, and hydraulic system logic, providing expertise to ensure efficient system operation.
* Review and update OT and ISA-compliant design documentation, maintaining high-quality records and adhering to regulatory standards.
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to long-term capability development, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead SCADA and control system architecture planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Develop and implement process control strategies to improve system efficiency and reliability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate system designs with other operational systems.

**Requirements:**
