Business Growth Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage top accounts for Corporate, Wholesale, and Inbound.
* Drive business development and account management within the Wholesale, Inbound, Retail Travel Agent, Corporate, and MICE sectors.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure all leads and potential business are followed up efficiently.
* Develop working plans to meet targets.
* Negotiate rates and terms and conditions.
* Work with the department to ensure simple, clear systems are in place to successfully manage the sale and implementation of new business.
About You:
* You have a proven track record of achievement in sales, preferably in the hospitality and/or tourism industry.
* You possess strong rapport-building skills, transforming them into solid business.
* Your sales flair is complemented by strong time-management, reporting, computer, and administrative skills.
