About the Role : Production Technician
As a Production Technician youll play a critical role in our stores success ensuring every bike that leaves the shop is safe tuned and ready to deliver an exceptional ride. Youll also get hands-on with the newest Trek models before anyone else and build trust with customers who rely on your skills to keep their bikes in top shape.
This position is perfect for someone whos mechanically inclined values precision and loves helping others. Youll be the Lead Technician in the shop and responsible for completing more than 50% of total service work. The team will count on you for complex repairs and high-level technical support.
