About the role: Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in:
* Providing expert HR advice, coaching, and guidance to managers and employees.
* Managing and supporting employee relations, performance management, and grievance processes.
* Designing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies, procedures, and compliance with legislation.
* Assist with delivering training, inductions, and HR education programs.
* Supporting compliance with the Fair Work Act, Awards, and EBAs.
What we're looking for
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, law or related field (preferred).
* 3–5 years' experience in a HR generalist role working with blue collar.
* Strong knowledge of Australian workplace legislation.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Ability to manage conflict and provide pragmatic, business-focused HR solutions.
* High attention to detail and confidence working autonomously.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ability to deliver training sessions.
