The PMSA owns four outstanding Queensland schools: Brisbane Boys’ College, Clayfield College, Somerville House and Sunshine Coast Grammar School.
The Role
Working closely with the CFO, you'll own the day-to-day financial operations, while contributing to reporting, analysis, and business partnering across a collaborative group structure.
Your responsibilities will include:
* General ledger, accounts payable, receivable, and payroll oversight.
* Cash flow management, banking, and treasury operations.
* Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting including group consolidations.
* Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Tax compliance and external audit liaison.
* Internal controls, fixed asset registers, and spend analysis.
Beyond the numbers, you'll develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that give leadership real visibility, and you'll work closely with the CFO and senior stakeholders to turn financial data into decisions that drive performance.
What We're Looking For
* CA/CPA qualified with solid post-qualification experience.
* Proven hands-on controller experience in a group or multi-entity environment.
* Strong technical skills across consolidations, statutory reporting, and tax.
