We recently moved into our new purpose-built facility in Thomastown which has state of the art facilities and machinery. We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a talented individual to join our friendly team as we expand into a new era for the company.
What you'll be doing
We are seeking an experienced Signage Fabricator – CNC / Lettertech Operator to join our growing team
To be successful in this position you will need an eye for detail with strong organisational skills and a positive can-do attitude.
Responsible for setting up of all production files that relate to the CNC and Lettertech machine using the machines software and Adobe Illustrator.
Responsible for the general operation and maintenance on both the CNC and Lettertech machines.
Fabrication and assembly of dimensional letters and signage components (Aluminium, ACM, Acrylic).
Assemble illuminated and non-illuminated letters, including LED integration.
Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, packaging etc.
Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
Responsible for stock levels (Working closely with Production Manager).
What we're looking for
Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and CNC / Lettertech software.
Familiarity with materials used in sign making (Acrylic, ACM, Aluminium, Vinyl, Paints).
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Basic understanding of electrical components for illuminated signage.
Flexible and proactive attitude toward workshop tasks.

Valid Driver's Licence
