The Role
We are seeking experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Professionals to provide our customers with a memorable experience. This is a diversified role primarily focused on the sensational Sensorial Circus Café, but also with the flexibility to assist in our Tasting Room. You will enjoy working with a team of like-minded dedicated food, wine and hospitality professionals who are passionate about what they do.
Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome guests with genuine hospitality
· Process food and beverage orders
· Regularly check in with customers
· Maintain open communication with the Kitchen and Front of House team
· General Café duties
· Ensure a smooth and seamless service
Skills & experience
· Proven experience in a similar role
· Exceptional communication and customer service skills
· Ability to host multiple customers in a busy environment
· Food and wine appreciation
· Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
· Reliable and positive approach
