Job Description
* Lead and manage the Accounts & Reconciliation (A&R) team to achieve operational goals.
* Oversee daily accounting processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Monitor and improve financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
* Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their performance.
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks and reporting.
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
* Support audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
* Proven leadership skills within the accounting & finance sector.
* Experience in the retail industry is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* Proficiency in financial software and tools.
* Ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
