About the Role
This full time, permanent Maintenance Team Member role is based out of GreenInc's Edinburgh depot and reports to the Team Leader. It plays a key role in delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services across a range of contracts, working to meet client specifications, ensuring all jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.
Duties include:
* General grounds maintenance duties including mowing, pruning, weeding, mulching, raking, and removing rubbish
* Plant and maintain trees, shrubs and ground covers
* A duty to maintain a safe and healthy work environment following WHS procedures
* Use and maintenance of handheld tools and commercial grounds maintenance equipment
About You
You're reliable, hardworking, and enjoy being outdoors. You take pride in your work, follow directions, and value getting the job done safely and efficiently. Although a qualification in Horticulture is preferred equivalent experience and a passion for horticulture will also be considered.
Other knowledge, skills and attributes include:
* Current driver's licence
* White card
* Experience driving with a trailer (desirable)
* A positive attitude and good work ethic
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Prior to commencement you will also need to:
* Provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance (no older than six months)
* Supply evidence of right to work in Australia and 100 points of identification
* Successfully pass a pre-employment medical
