Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Chemistry Laboratory specialist based in the Greater Perth Area. Responsibilities include conducting chemical analyses on food and agricultural products, preparing and processing samples, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining laboratory equipment. The role requires collaboration with team members and effectively communicating results to support clients within the agribusiness and food sectors.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Food Preparation, Food & Beverage, and Cooking processes
Experience in Food Service, including maintaining safety and hygiene standards
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting findings
Attention to detail in handling laboratory samples and conducting analyses
Ability to work independently in an on-site laboratory setting
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in a food chemistry laboratory or agribusiness environment is a plus
