Job Description

* National travel required to engage with customers and drive business growth.
* Drive new business development by conducting in-field market research across local markets, gaining insights to tailor strategic plans for each territory.
* Identify and securing partnerships with leading retailers, distributors, and small independents.
* Strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring sustainable growth and brand presence.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
* Report on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline development to senior leadership.
