We are looking for a creative go‐getter to join MACSEYE as our Holiday Program Coordinator – the mastermind behind our exciting school holiday programs. You will be the one bringing the fun to life: planning activities, working with local legends, managing budgets, and making sure every program is packed with joy, energy, and community spirit.

Plan & Deliver Programs
  • Lead fun, safe, and engaging school holiday programs with input from children and Coordinators.
  • Manage budgets: work with Finance to align budgets, monitor spending, and ensure cost‐effective delivery.
  • Engage stakeholders: collaborate with internal teams, schools, and local communities to support and grow the program.
  • Coordinate resources: build and maintain a library of excursions, incursions, and planning toolkits for Coordinators.
  • Evaluate and improve: gather feedback, report on outcomes, and use insights to make each program better than the last.
Qualifications
  • Relevant experience: background in education, community services, OSHC, or holiday programs, with experience in project or program coordination.
  • Qualified and knowledgeable: tertiary qualifications plus solid understanding of My Time Our Place, Children's Services Law, and National Quality Standards.
  • People‐focused: builds strong relationships, mentors staff, and puts children at the centre of everything.
  • Agile and proactive: curious, solutions‐focused, and thrives in fast‐changing environments with a can‐do attitude.
  • Organised and accountable: strong communicator with proven skills in budgeting, planning, and continuous improvement.
