Joining the crew of an iconic Paddlesteamer, you'll hold a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy an unforgettable experience during their river cruise.
Your main focus will be fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere onboard while delivering top-notch Australian hospitality. You'll oversee various aspects of guest services, including accommodation, dining, cleanliness, and, most importantly, creating meaningful personal connections with our guests. Your commitment to detail and exceptional customer service will be your guiding principles.
A minimum of 1+ years of hospitality or customer service experience is required for this role.
Australian work rights are essential for this position.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, understanding that our cruise days can be demanding, especially when catering to up to 35 guests. However, you will work with another crew member, we compensate you generously, and our flexible scheduling allows for extended periods at home.
It's essential that you're able to stay onboard as we navigate the majestic Murray River. If your circumstances don't permit this, unfortunately, this opportunity may not be suitable for you.
You must be available to stay onboard for 5-7 consecutive nights during river cruises.
