Peries IGA is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual with the ability to fulfill the role of Grocery Manager Full Time at our Dean Street, Rockhampton store.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the day to day running of the Grocery department.
* Ability to mentor and inspire employees to meet sales, cost budgets and compliance standards.
* Experience with ordering, building displays and filling.
* Experience in Grocery 2IC/ Supervisor position.
* Strong customer service skills and passion to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent presentation, merchandising and stock management skills.
* Ability to regularly lift up to 20kgs is an essential requirement.
* Friendly, approachable and positive team player.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position and applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day period which will include afternoons and/or weekends and public holidays.
