We're a values-driven support service seeking caring and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team in the Ocean Grove area.
Our clients require Support Workers who can commit to consistent ongoing availability for the following hours:
Monday to Friday - 7.30am to 9.30am and 5.30pm to 7.30pm
Tuesday - 9.00am to 2.30pm
Thursday am to 3.30pm
Saturday and Sunday - 9.00am to 11.00am and 4.00pm to 6.00pm
Potential inactive overnights Monday to Sunday
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and domestic assistance
* Support with community access and social activities
* Assist with transport and appointments
* Promote independence and wellbeing
What We're Looking For:
* Genuine compassion and patience
* Must have personal Care experience essential
* Strong communication skills in English (essential for clear client interaction and documentation)
* Female applicants only to apply as client preference for same‑gender support is a genuine requirement for personal care tasks
* Experienced mature applicants
* Preferably a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar disability support or aged care role
* Cert III or IV in Disability or Individual Support
* Current First Aid & CPR
* NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC
* Driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Right to work in Australia with no restrictions
