What we are looking for Proven leadership in high volume high-end kitchen environments for Sous Chefs and CDPs Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality and creativity

Chef Requirements: Trade qualifications Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery Sous Chef or CDP level experience
Food Safety Certificate Experience in largescale function dining and corporate catering Kitchenhand Requirements
Prior kitchen experience preferred but not essential Willingness to assist chefs and support kitchen operations Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
