Overview
PHE Group has an opportunity for a Storeperson to join our team in Orange, NSW on a 2 and 1 roster.
Responsibilities
- Receive and count stock items and record data manually or using a computer.
- Verify inventory by comparing to physical stock counts and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
- Drive equipment safely to load and unload deliveries of materials.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Compile, review and maintain purchase orders, requisitions and other documents.
- Confer with supervisors and purchasing personnel regarding stock procurement and availability.
About You
- Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of purchasing and procurement requirements.
- Analytical skills in problem-solving.
- Ability to read and interpret written information.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- General Construction White Card.
- Manual C – Class Drivers licence.
- Certificate III or higher in Logistics and Warehousing.
- Relevant High Risk Work Licence (LF).
- Telehandler gold card.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
