Job Title: Aged Care Support Specialist
This role involves providing exceptional care and support to seniors in Geelong and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality patient care and support
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
* Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Certified III in Nursing or equivalent qualification
* At least 6 months of experience in aged care
* Current working rights for Australia (sponsorship not available)
* Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Clearance
