About This Opportunity
As the Building Maintenance Project Officer, you will:
* Oversee and coordinate building maintenance projects across council assets
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance team
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills
* Relevant qualifications in building maintenance, construction, or project management
* Demonstrated experience managing building projects
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively andindependently
* Knowledge of local government processes is desirable
