**Who we're looking for**:
- Experience in the constriction field with practice as a trade
- Ability to demonstrate an outstanding customer service approach, along with strong people and project management skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Strong people management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to accurately interpret plans and specifications
- Highly motivated, resilient, and outcome-focused individual
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment
- Robust focus on quality along with process improvement and problem-solving
