Deliverables / Key Responsibilities
* The Business Analyst specifies and designs software solutions to meet defined business and technical requirements, applying agreed design standards, patterns and methodologies. They define software components, interfaces and characteristics, translating concepts into designs that underpin construction and verification.
* The role evaluates alternative solutions and trade-offs, facilitating design decisions within constraints of quality, feasibility, security, extensibility and maintainability. The Business Analyst develops prototypes and simulations to support informed stakeholder decisions, contributes to cost-benefit and gap analysis, and adapts predictive or agile approaches as appropriate. Strong capability in cloud technologies, data analysis, basic scripting, and Microsoft 365 is essential.
Experience / Skills Sought
* Experience with cloud services and their role in modern IT environments.
* Experience working with large datasets and basic database concepts.
* Experience contributing to cost-benefit analysis in project settings.
* Able to use basic programming or scripting to support reporting and data analysis.
* Conduct projects requiring gap analysis and identifying process improvement opportunities.
* Strong experience in MS 365 Office Products, ability to produce high quality documents and presentations.
