Job Description
The organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remuneration and Benefits Specialist Analyst to lead global remuneration reviews, drive data analysis, and provide strategic advice while engaging with senior stakeholders.
This high-impact role will be responsible for conducting annual salary and benefits reviews across 100+ overseas missions, applying actuarial and market data to recommend salary adjustments, ensuring strategic alignment and defensibility of remuneration decisions, addressing challenges in volatile environments, maintaining and improving a complex Excel-based remuneration model, performing annual rollovers, updating PowerQuery links, validating formulas, implementing usability and performance enhancements, ensuring scalability and centralized data processing, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all data inputs, documenting assumptions and methodologies for audit and approval, maintaining data-sharing arrangements with peer organizations, coordinating market data surveys with external suppliers, leading procurement of high-quality remuneration data, liaising with suppliers and integrating data into analysis models, collaborating with senior officers and overseas mission leaders, providing strategic advice tailored to local contexts, supporting decision-making in complex geopolitical environments, managing annual data survey process across global missions, tracking and validating survey returns for accuracy and timeliness, delivering expert advice on remuneration strategy and methodology, contributing to case reviews and continuous improvement, identifying and mitigating risks in data and decision-making, representing the organization in external engagements, collaborating with professionals to resolve complex assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Must have an NV1 Clearance
* Ability and willingness to undergo a police check
* Proven expertise in HR, accounting, and remuneration analysis
* Advanced Excel skills including PowerQuery and formula validation
* Experience managing large-scale data models and surveys
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
* Ability to navigate complex political and economic environments
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Familiarity with actuarial data and market intelligence sourcing
* Experience in audit-ready documentation and data governance
