The Role
* Identify, screen, and hire skilled sales professionals

* Manage administrative tasks related to onboarding and compliance
* Leverage your expertise to deliver engaging training sessions
You will collaborate with the Head of Operations, Call Centre Manager, and Team Leaders to ensure seamless transitions into calling.
