Site Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex construction projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all commercial and financial aspects of various projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring successful project outcomes across scope, cost, and schedule.
This is a strategic, high-impact role suited to an experienced construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver complex construction projects from inception to completion.
* Lead delivery phases, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting frameworks.
* Manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including clients, consultants & sub-contractors.
* Provide strong leadership and mentorship to project teams.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* 5+ years of experience in site management.
* Proven success delivering a range of commercial projects.
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
* Strong understanding of governance, procurement, and project controls.
