The role involves managing budgets, schedules, consultants, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and to the highest quality.
We’re seeking someone with proven experience in commercial construction and project management, with a practical, detail-oriented approach to leading a team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal site teams.Managing project budgets, schedules, and cost control.Ensuring compliance with Australian building codes, WHS requirements, and quality standards.Identifying and managing project risks and mitigation clear stakeholder communication, reporting, and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills.Solid knowledge of project planning, contract negotiation, and cost management.Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and best-practice construction standards
