Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, develop, and motivate a team to achieve store targets and maintain high standards across all areas of the business.
· Drive commercial performance by analysing sales data and understanding customer profiles.
· Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience with a strong focus on consultative selling and personalised service.
· Uphold excellent standards of visual merchandising ensuring the store reflects current trends and brand guidelines.
· Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing store culture built on empathy, communication, and trust.
· Ensure operational excellence and compliance across all store functions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
· A minimum of three years' experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-turnover retail environment.
· Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results through effective leadership and sales strategies.
· A confident, people-focused manager who leads with empathy and clarity committed to staff development and retention.
· Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service through a consultative approach.
· Highly skilled in visual presentation and store standards with a strong eye for detail.
