About the role
Involves all aspects of smooth-running Front Office which includes entering of reservations, responding to accommodation enquiries, updating room inventory, night audit, providing friendly and personalised customer service promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales, assisting corporate and leisure guests upon check in and check out.

Skills and experience
Will demonstrate a passion for customer service, strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, experience with front office booking systems, strong attention to detail, ability to work in team environment but also work autonomously and high standards of personal presentation.
Previous Guest Relations or Front Office experience is essential, ideally in a hospitality/travel/tourism environment.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including day, night, weekend and public holiday shifts is required.
Experience with Sales and industry qualifications would be highly regarded.
