Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to the Division
* Preparing reports, briefings, minutes, and agendas
* Maintaining spreadsheets and databases
* Supporting Visiting Medical Officers with timesheet enquiries and processing
The ideal candidate will have high-level administrative skills, including preparation of reports, briefings, minutes, and agendas. They will also have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and implement systems and processes to ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements

* Experience with document management using TRIM or similar software
