We're seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Centre Performance Coach to support and coach Centre Directors to be empowered, informed, innovative, adaptive and accountable leaders. To support and partner with Centre Directors to understand where they are at in terms of their capability and experience to enhance their personal growth and development. This will be achieved through a 'coaching with accountability' approach with the Centre Performance Coach supporting the Centre Director's continual improvement and progress.
The Centre Performance Coach requires a strong understanding of and commitment to a strengths-based approach to support the capability build of Centre Directors. A pragmatic, approachable and supportive interpersonal style, along with experience in reflective coaching methodologies and practices is highly desirable.
Your Impact;
* Hold regular coaching sessions with your assigned cohort of Centre Directors.
* Deliver coaching via a combination of virtual and in-person sessions to achieve best efficiencies and impact where it is most needed.
* Document goals, action plans and commitments by Centre Directors to support ongoing coaching conversations and accountability approach.
* Support and coach Centre Directors to be highly capable leaders and continuously improve on building professional relationships with team members and peer network.
* Hold monthly My Growth Check-ins with your assigned cohort of Centre Directors with a focus on their ongoing professional development.
* Contribute to Centre Director performance reviews providing evidence of each Centre Director's professional growth and capability build.
* Participate in regular coach workshops and contribute to coach peer network.
* Action changes required to workplace environment to ensure compliance to the company's health and safety requirements
You'll bring to the table;
* Leadership & Coaching qualification and/or experience
* Strong business acumen including understanding of meeting KPI's and measuring performance trends
* Experience or interest in the Early Years, knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework & National Quality Framework desirable
* Valid Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one
* Open Driving Licence
